What this site stores on your device
As published, this website does not set any cookies, does not use local storage, and does not load any resource from a third-party domain. Fonts are served from this site, not from a font provider, so no third party sees your visit.
That is a deliberate decision. People visit this site while dealing with a divorce, often from a work machine, and there is no good reason for a third party to know about it.
Analytics
There is no analytics on this site at present. If we add measurement so that we can see which pages are useful, it will set no cookie, will not create a persistent identifier for a visitor, will not track people across sites, and will never receive any information about a case, a party or an instruction. We will name the provider on this page before it goes live.
Things this site does not do
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No social media tracking or embedded social widgets.
- No session recording or heat mapping.
- No third-party fonts, scripts or content delivery networks.
- No sharing of anything you type into the enquiry form with any analytics or marketing tool.
Strictly necessary storage
If we later add functionality that requires storing something on your device in order to work — for example, protecting a form against abuse — we will list it here, explain what it does and how long it lasts, and obtain your consent where consent is required.
Controlling storage in your browser
Every major browser lets you block and delete cookies and site data. Because this site sets none, doing so will not affect how it works.
